Return and Exchange Policy: Each piece of Garnett Jewelry is individually handmade with extreme care and attention to quality and craftsmanship. I want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase and I stand behind me jewelry 100%. If you aren't happy with your purchase or it wasn't quite what you were expecting please contact us within 15 days of the receipt of purchase so we can arrange for a refund, store exchange or store credit-whichever you prefer. Email us at garnettorders@garnettjewelry.com and be sure to include your name and purchase order number and let us know what we can do to make you happy.
If you need a repair on a past purchase please contact us and we will do our best to be accommodating.
