Return and Exchange Policy: Each piece of Garnett Jewelry is individually handmade with extreme care and attention to quality and craftsmanship. We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase and we stand behind our jewelry 100%. If you aren't happy with your purchase or it wasn't quite what you were expecting please contact us within 10 days of the receipt of purchase so we can arrange for a refund or store exchange-whichever you prefer. Email us at garnettorders@garnettjewelry.com and be sure to include your name and purchase order number and let us know what we can do to make you happy.
If you need a repair on a past purchase please contact us and we will do our best to be accommodating.
